The Yemen Women's Union (YWU) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization founded in 1963, with 1,450,000 members from various political affiliations. In addition, YWU has 23 main branches in all governorates of the Republic of Yemen and 165 centers for women's activities in many regions. YWU is concerned with women's issues, providing protection, care, social, psychological and health support, case management, rehabilitation and empowerment of women and enhancing their capabilities to contribute effectively to sustainable development. . The Union is also concerned with all issues of preservation/protection and is keen to select employees who adhere to humanitarian work standards, business ethics and respect for human rights with expertise. The Union shall verify the validity of the data provided through the relevant means. In the event that it is discovered later that the candidate violates the job “or was contracted” with the principles and standards of international preservation/protection or violates human rights, the contract with him will be terminated directly without prior notice.

Currently, the Yemeni Women's Union aims to implement a project to enhance access to legal and protection services in Shabwa and Al Dhale'a, funded by the IRC (2026- 2027)

اتحاد نساء اليمن (YWU) هو منظمة غير حكومية مستقلة غير ربحية تأسست عام 1963، ويبلغ عدد أعضائها 1450،000 عضو من مختلف الانتماءات السياسية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، YWU لديها 23 فرعا رئيسيا في جميع محافظات الجمهورية اليمنية و165 مركزا للأنشطة النسائية في العديد من المناطق. تهتم(YWU) بقضايا المراة وتوفير الحماية والرعاية والدعم الاجتماعي والنفسي والصحي وادارة الحالة وتاهيل وتمكين المرأة وتعزيز قدراتها على المساهمة بفعالية في التنمية المستدامة،كما تهتم ايضا بدعم الفئات الاسرية الضعيفة وتقديم المساعدات النقدية والاغاثية والغذائية من خلال تنفيذ المشاريع بالشراكة مع منظمات محلية،عربية ودولية. كما ان الاتحاد يهتم بكافة مواضيع الصون/الحماية ويحرص على اختيار موظفين يتمتعون بالالتزام بمعايير العمل الانسانية واخلاقيات الاعمال واحترام حقوق الانسان من ذوي الخبرات،حيث يعتبر الاتحاد(التحرش،الانتهاك والاستغلال،.....الخ) من المواضيع التي لا تسامح فيها وسيعمل الاتحاد على التحقق من صحة البيانات المقدمة عبر الوسائل الخاصة بذلك وفي حال تم اكتشاف لاحقا مخالفة المرشح للوظيفة "اوان تم التعاقد معه" لمبداء و معايير الصون/الحماية الدولية او انتهاك حقوق الانسان سيتم انهاء التعاقد معه مباشرة دون سابق انذار.

وحاليا يهدف اتحاد نساء اليمن لتنفيذ مشروع تعزيز الوصول إلى الخدمات القانونية وخدمات الحماية في شبوة والضالع الممول من IRC- 2027- 2026

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Introduce the project to relevant stakeholders and coordinate with all concerned parties.

·Coordinate with camp focal points in the targeted areas and prepare a map showing the locations of the targeted camps.

·Conduct orientation meetings with the project team to clarify their roles and responsibilities.

·Develop an awareness-raising plan and provide network members with awareness topics throughout the project implementation period.

·Update the service provider mapping and refer cases requiring services not provided by the project, in coordination with the International Rescue Committee (IRC).

·Supervise network teams in the targeted districts on an ongoing basis and review and approve their monthly reports.

·Coordinate with the Legal Officer and network members according to the agreed field visit plan to conduct awareness sessions and identify or gather beneficiaries in need of obtaining national identity cards.

·Follow up regularly with the Legal Officer to ensure the collection of all required supporting documents for national ID card applications and upload them to the designated system.

·Monitor and evaluate the team's performance, identify any deviations from the work plan, and implement corrective actions as needed.

·Oversee the documentation and filing of all project-related documents and supporting records.

·Chair emergency meetings with the team and resolve operational issues affecting the field teams whenever necessary.

·Prepare and submit monthly progress reports, including detailed charts, graphs, and analytical reports in English.

·Maintain both hard-copy and electronic filing systems for all documents related to the position.

·Comply with the organization's Code of Conduct, business ethics, conflict of interest, anti-corruption policies, other relevant organizational policies, and international safeguarding/protection standards.

·Report, through the Union's toll-free hotline (8000999), any cases of abuse, exploitation, or misconduct affecting themselves or any project beneficiary, if committed by any Union employee or targeted beneficiary, in accordance with the organization's reporting procedures.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

تحتالاشراف المباشر منسق المشروع، يقوم مساعد الحماية بالمهام والمسئوليات التالية :-

التعريف بالمشروع مع الجهات ذات العلاقة

التنسيق مع مسئولي المخيمات  في المناطق المستهدفة وعمل خارطة توضح اماكن تواجد هذه المخيمات

الاجتماع مع فريق وتعريفهم بأدوارهم ومسئولياتهم في المشروع

عمل خطه توعيه وتزويد أعضاء الشبكات بمواضيع التوعية خلال فتره العمل

·تحديث خارطة مزودي الخدمات واحاله الاحالات التي تحتاج الى خدمات لا يوفرها المشروع بالتنسيق مع لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية .

·الاشراف على فريق الشبكات في المديريات المستهدفة أولا بأول واعتماد تقاريرهم الشهريه

·التنسيق لنزول الاخصائي القانوني مع أعضاء الشبكات بحسب خطه النزول المتفق عليها مع الاخصائي القانوني لتنفيذ جلسات التوعية او تجميع المستفيدين المحتاجين الى بطائق شخصيه  

·متابعه المختص القانوني أولا بأول في تجميع المؤيدات الخاصة باحتياج البطائق الشخصيةورفعها الى النظام

·متابعه وتقييم مستوى انجاز الفريق وتحديد الانحرافات ان وجدت وتصحيحها

·متابعه توثيق وارشفه جميع المستندات والمؤيدات الخاصة بالمشروع 

·ترأس الاجتماعات الطارئة مع فريق وحل الاشكاليات الخاصة بالفرق ان وجدت

·رفع تقارير انجاز شهرية متضمنه رسومات ومخططات تفصيلية باللغة الانجليزية 

·ارشفة جميع الوثائق المتعلقة بالوظيفة يدوياً والكتروني

·الالتزام بمدونة السلوك واخلاقيات الاعمال وتضارب المصالح ومكافحة الفساد والسياسات الاخرى ذات العلاقة ومعايير الصون/الحماية الدولية.

·يلتزم بالإبلاغ عبر الخط الساخن المجاني الخاص بالاتحاد (8000999) عن أي إساءة او استغلال قد يتعرض لها او أحد المستفيدين من أي موظف تابع للاتحاد او المستفيدين المستهدفين.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

- University degree in education or equivalent years of experience.

- At least 3 years of experience in community work and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

- Experience in education work for humanitarian protection programs in emergency and conflict contexts.

- Previous experience working on projects targeting internally displaced persons (IDPs) and host communities.

- Previous experience working with non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Required Skills:

- Communication skills

- Time management skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.

- Ability to use an accounting system.

- Ability to complete tasks within working hours.

Ethics:

- The candidate for the position must agree to sign the (Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest, Anti-Corruption, Security and Safety, Protection and Child Protection, etc.) of the Yemeni Women's Union.

- The candidate must not have violated the Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, or Human Rights, nor have engaged in exploitation, harassment in any form, or assault against others during their previous employment.

- Immediately report any incident of exploitation, harassment, or assault by any party, whether an employee, beneficiary, or stakeholder.

- Maintain the confidentiality of information related to the project and beneficiaries.

 - Avoid any communication or action using the Union's logo or name that could negatively impact the Union's reputation with authorities, official bodies, or beneficiaries.

مؤهلات/ خبرات مطلوبة:

-درجة جامعية في التعليم او بما يعادلها من سنوات الخبرة.

-خبره لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في العمل المجتمعي والتنسيقات مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.

-خبرة في اعمال التعليم لبرامج الحماية الإنسانية في سياقات الطوارئ والصراعات.

-خبرة سابقة في العمل ضمن المشاريع التي تستهدف النازحين والمجتمعات المضيفة

-خبرة سابقة في العمل لدى منظمات غير حكومية.

المهارات المطلوبة:

-مهارة الاتصال والتواصل

-قدرة على ادارة الوقت.

-العمل ضمن فريق او منفرد بشكل جيد.

-القدرة على استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج الاوفيس والانترنت بمهارة عالية.

-القدرة على استخدام نظام محاسبي.

-القدرة على انجاز الاعمال خلال ساعات العمل.

الاخلاقيات:

-ينبغي أن يوافق المرشح لشغل الوظيفة على توقيع (مدونة قواعد السلوك، تضارب المصالح مكافحة الفساد، الامن والسلامة الصون والحماية وحماية الطفل..الخ) الخاص باتحاد نساء اليمن.

-ان لا يكون المرشح قد انتهك مدونة السوك واخلاقيات الاعمال وحقوق الانسان او مارس الاستغلال او التحرش بكافة صورهما او الاعتداء على الغير بكافة صور الاعتداء اثناء فترة عمله السابقة.

-الابلاغ الفوري عن اي حادثة استغلال او تحرش او اعتداء من قبل اي طرف سواء كان موظف او مستفيد او من اصحاب المصالح.

-الحرص على سرية المعلومات المتعلقة بالمشروع والمستفيدين.

المخاطر:

-تجنب اي رسائل او عمل باستخدام شعار او اسم الاتحاد قد يؤثر على الاتحاد سلبا بشكل عام امام السلطات والجهات الرسمية المطلعة والمتابعة او المستفيدين.
